Federal Subsidy for Energy Consulting: Module 1 – Energy Audit DIN EN 16247

ENERGY AUDIT

The federal funding for energy consulting Module 1: Energy audit DIN EN 16247 is aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as well as non-SMEs when using qualified energy consulting services and is funded by the Federal Office of Economics and Export Control BAFA. All small and medium-sized companies in commercial sectors and the service industry with business operations in Germany can take advantage of the BAFA funding. With qualified energy advice, you can significantly reduce your energy consumption and your energy costs.

Who can claim the funding:

Local authorities (municipalities, cities, districts)

Municipal special purpose associations according to the respective special purpose association law. The members may only be domestic local authorities.
Non-profit organizations, religious communities with corporate status and their institutions and foundations within the meaning of Section 5 Para. 1 No. 9 KStG

Small and medium-sized companies

As well as members of the liberal professions based and operating in Germany who employ fewer than 250 people and have an annual turnover of no more than 50 million euros or an annual balance sheet total of no more than 43 million euros.

Non-SMEs

with headquarters and business operations in Germany, whose total energy consumption in accordance with Section 8 Paragraph 4 EDL-G across all energy sources amounts to a maximum of 500,000 kilowatt hours per year.
