With the clamp-on flow sensors you can quickly and precisely monitor both liquid and viscous media such as: E.g. water, oil or chemicals.
With the FD model series, you can record the measurement data without interfering with the piping system and therefore without interrupting operations. The sensors are simply clamped to the outside of the pipe and enable flow monitoring. This eliminates any negative effects on the fluids and pipes. This means that all measurements are 100% contamination-free and 100% hygienic.
FD-H clamp-on sensor
The clamp-on flow sensor FD-H records the flow and temperature of almost all liquids (water, highly viscous liquids, chemicals, etc.) in metal and plastic pipes. It can be installed quickly and easily during ongoing operations without interrupting production and is therefore also suitable for temporary measurements. Optionally, heat quantities can also be recorded with the clamp-on flow sensor using two temperature sensors.

FD-R clamp-on sensor
Designed for indoor and outdoor use, the FD-R flow sensor is suitable for monitoring water, oils, chemicals and high-pressure fluids at temperatures of -20°C and +120°C. Optionally, heat quantities can also be recorded with the clamp-on flow sensor using two temperature sensors.
Thanks to the quick installation using a simple clamping mechanism, there are no production downtimes during ongoing operations, as well as the risk of contamination, leaks or pressure losses.
